Non‐amine‐derived tetrafunctional epoxies have several advantages over the amine‐derived N,N,N′,N′‐tetraglycidyl‐4,4′‐diaminodiphenyl methane (TGDDM) in high temperature applications. Although two non‐amine‐derived tetrafunctional epoxies were developed in our laboratory, further improvements in toughness using less loading amount is still desirable. Thus, a tertiary‐amine‐free, non‐planar and triphenylmethane‐containing tetrafunctional epoxy (STFE) with a sulfone spacer was synthesized. When it was mixed with diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) and cured with 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylsulfone (DDS), both thermal and mechanical performances outperformed TGDDM. Moreover, STFE modified system shows the highest toughness (35.7 kJ m–2) among three amine‐free and triphenylmethane‐containing epoxies at merely 5 wt% loading. Molecular simulation and thermomechanical analysis results suggest that the improved mechanical properties could be related to the geometry of the molecule and larger free volume. Despite a marginal drop in Tg, the thermal degradation temperature is better than that of TGDDM/DDS. In addition, the moisture resistance of STFE/DGEBA/DDS is much better than that of TGDDM/DDS. Thus, STFE modified DGEBA could be a potential replacement for TGDDM in some high temperature applications. © 2020 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

通过高分离度快速液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(RRLC-Q-TOF MS)和超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(UPLC-QQQ MS)法对原人参三醇型皂苷Re、Rg 1、Rg 2、Rh 1、Rf、F 1、R 1在人肠道菌群中的转化产物进行定性、定量分析,确定原人参三醇型皂苷的代谢产物、转化途径和60 h时的转化率。结果表明,人参皂苷Re的转化产物为人参皂苷Rg 1、Rg 2、Rh 1、F 1和PPT,转化率为91%;人参皂苷Rg 1的转化产物为人参皂苷Rh 1、F 1和PPT,转化率为80%;人参皂苷Rg 2的转化产物为人参皂苷Rh 1和PPT,转化率为73%;人参皂苷Rh 1和F 1主要通过PPT代谢,转化率分别为82%和81%;人参皂苷Rf的转化产物为人参皂苷Rh 1和PPT,转化率为89%;三七皂苷R 1的转化产物为人参皂苷Rg 1、R 2、Rh 1和PPT,转化率为79%。原人参三醇型皂苷类成分可被人肠道菌群代谢,主要通过丢失糖残基形成转化产物,而次级皂苷和苷元是人参在体内发挥药理作用的物质基础。 相似文献

针对流体输送埋地管道泄漏问题,设计了一种利用管道机器人携带封堵气囊进行快速应急封堵修复的埋地管道泄漏内封堵装置。采用矩阵变换方法建立了牵引系统驱动轮过弯方程,利用MATLAB软件对过弯方程进行了验证,同时利用ADAMS软件仿真分析过弯路径与驱动轮转角对牵引系统行走速度的影响。研究结果表明:由两个串联封堵器组成的应急封堵系统可满足复杂工况下的管道泄漏封堵要求;牵引系统驱动轮在弯管内部行走时,单轮速度呈周期性变化,但三个驱动轮整体周期运动特性一致;驱动轮转角在25°~40°时,牵引系统行走速度与驱动轮转角成正比,且转角为30°时驱动效果最好。该内封堵装置的结构设计可为管道泄漏应急封堵领域装备的研发提供重要参考。 相似文献

The traditional approach to solvent selection in the extractive distillation process strictly focuses on the change in the relative volatility of light-heavy components induced by the solvent. However, the total annual cost of the process may not be minimal when the solvent induces the largest change in relative volatility. This work presents a heuristic method for selecting the optimal solvent to minimize the total annual cost. The functional relationship between the relative volatility and the total annual cost is established, where the main factors, such as the relative volatility of the light-heavy components and the relative volatility of the heavy-component solvent, are taken into account. Binary azeotropic mixtures of methanol-toluene and methanol-acetone are separated to verify the feasibility of the model. The results show that using the solvent with the minimal two-column extractive distillation index, the process achieves a minimal total annual cost. The method is conducive for sustainable advancements in chemistry and engineering because a suitable solvent can be selected without simulation verification. 相似文献

This study aimed to characterise the volatiles that contribute to stale odour of green tea. Volatiles were extracted using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and analysed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O). Results showed that a total of ninety-six volatiles were identified by GC-MS, in which forty-four volatiles were screened out based on Principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal projections to latent structures–discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), and thirty-nine volatiles had a significant variation at the level of 0.05 by analysis of variance (anova ). From GC-O analysis, fifty-four aromatic volatiles with strong aroma intensity (aroma intensity above 2) were perceived. Further investigation revealed that fifteen volatiles, including 1-octen-3-ol, benzyl alcohol, benzaldehyde, safranal, β-cyclocitral, (E,E)-3,5-octadien-2-one, (Z,E)-3,5-octadien-2-one, dimethyl adipate, dihydroactinidiolide, β-ionone, α-ionone, geranyl acetone, phenylethyl alcohol, methyl decanoate and α-terpineol were responsible for stale odour, besides the former nine compounds were only found in stored tea. 相似文献

An optimization design method is presented to reduce the undesirable vibrations caused by clearance for planar linkage mechanism. A clearance joint is defined and considered a contact/impact force constraint. Contact and impact force models for the clearance joint are established using a normal contact force model based on Hertz model with energy loss and a tangential friction model based on modified Coulomb model with dynamic friction coefficient, respectively. In view of the clearance joint, dynamic equations and optimization method for a planar four-bar mechanism are then presented as an application example. The optimization aims to minimize the maximum absolute acceleration peaks of the mechanism by determining the link lengths of the planar linkage mechanism. Finally, the optimization design is solved by a generalized reduced gradient algorithm. Results show evident decrease in vibration peaks of the mechanism and obvious reduction in the contact forces in the clearance joint, which contribute to a good performance of planar linkage mechanism systems. 相似文献
